About Hope:

Hope’s love of fashion started back when she was a pre-teen and discovered her mom’s fashion magazines. A whole new exciting world opened up for her and soon she was buying her own magazines and saving clothing catalogs to get styling and outfit ideas. That passion grew with her into her teen years and she used her strong creative skills to make the most of her wardrobe on her modest budget. That passion and creativity never waned and she started a handmade jewelry business while she was home raising her children. When her children became more independent, she started working at a popular women’s clothing retailer and gained not only valuable clothing retail experience but also styling experience for women from all walks of life.

Hope is a laid-back jeans and tee shirt girl with an artsy edge, but she also loves dressing up for special occasions. She believes in order to look good, you need to feel good so she keeps that in mind when styling herself and others. She also believes that color, fit and silhouette are paramount to looking your best and will not recommend items just because they are trendy or popular.

Hope loves cozy oversized sweaters and jeans in winter and soft broken in button down shirts with cut-off shorts in the summer. Dressing up can be anything from jeans, an artsy blouse and heels to a floral dress and western boots. Her wardrobe will always come down to what looks and feels good.

Hope is a life-long New Englander. She grew up in Vermont and now lives in Massachusetts with her husband, two kids and two Labrador retrievers. She loves walking in the woods or on the beach with her husband and dogs, painting with watercolors, reading, hunting for vintage clothing and home decorating.
