Refund policy
Effective January 1, 2026, Whisper Boutiques accepts returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for full priced merchandise in the CLOTHING and FOOTWEAR Categories that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached.
Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
ACCESSORIES (handbags, wallets, belts, gloves, scarves etc.),GIFT ITEMS, JEWELRY, BEAUTY, and INTIMATE WEAR, LEGGINGS, TIGHTS are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
CLOTHING and FOOTWEAR returns and exchanges must include the original tags attached, in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels or any other non-factory markings. Alteration (postal labels, marker, and/or writing), damage, or omission of the original box will render merchandise not returnable for credit or exchange (No Refund). Clothing will not be accepted for return with makeup, deodorant, food stains or smells of any kind, including body odor, cigarette smoke, or perfume (No Refund).
All shipping charges are non-refundable
Whisper Boutiques reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen (14) day return period.
Worn merchandise will not be refunded. Merchandise received in worn condition will be disposed of with 14 days of receipt, or customer may have merchandise shipped back to them at their own expense.
CHRISTMAS / HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY.
Merchandise purchased as gifts are subject to the same policy as above. Starting November 18, Clothing and Footwear categories may be accepted for exchange or merchandise credit for the current retail price until January 15 of the new year.
All other categories excluding Clothing and Footwear are FINAL SALE.

Returns on special orders are not accepted.
Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Whisperboutiques.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Whisperboutiques.com
International shipment fees and/or any potential levied duty or customs fees will not be refunded by Whisperboutiques.com
